32nd Annual Vendor Show

Join us for the Ohio Valley Chapter Vendor Show, a premier networking event connecting private club managers and industry partners from across Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and West Virginia. Designed for both established partners and new vendors, the show offers direct access to 80–100 club management professionals actively seeking products, services, and solutions to support their operations.

​With more than 50 participating companies and a well-organized, professional booth setup, this event creates meaningful opportunities to build relationships, strengthen visibility, and grow your presence in the private club industry.

Our Mission 

The Ohio Valley Chapter CMAA provides the highest quality educational and professional services to its members for the benefit of the clubs they manage. It will promote excellence in club management and operate with the highest level of integrity, service, and distinction.

Chapter Education

The Ohio Valley Chapter is committed to delivering top-tier education and professional development for our members, supporting excellence in club management. Each quarter, our Chapter hosts in-person, two-day meetings in one of our five districts, providing immersive learning and networking experiences.

Between meetings, districts offer additional in-person education and networking events, along with virtual learning opportunities accessible to the entire chapter. These programs ensure continuous growth, connection, and knowledge-sharing among club management professionals. Members and guests are always welcome to participate.
