OHio valley chapter
About the chapter
The Ohio Valley Chapter (OVC) is a prominent chapter of the Club Management Association of America (CMAA), serving over 125 club managers across Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and West Virginia. Spanning approximately 125,000 square miles, OVC stands out for its vast geographical coverage.
To effectively manage our extensive area, OVC is organized into five districts, each anchored in a major city - Indianapolis, Dayton, Columbus, Cincinnati, and Louisville. Members are aligned with a district based on their club's location, fostering localized support and networking opportunities.
Education is at the heart of OVC's mission, providing members with extensive learning opportunities at both the national and chapter levels. While national education resources can be explored via CMAA's website (www.cmaa.org), our Chapter specifically offers four educational meetings annually, tailored to enhance professional development across our broad membership base.
District-level education further enriches our members' experience, emphasizing the value of local engagement and support within our community.
For more details about the OVC and how to become part of our chapter, please reach out to our Managing Director, Dave Brown, CCM, CCE, at [email protected].
